Pardon me for a coaching moment…
Let me tell you something you already know…
the world aint all ‘sunshine and rainbows’.
It [can be] a mean and nasty place.
On the flip side, in spite of what we see in the news…
the world is NOT all pain, gloom, or doom.
It’s also filled with wonder, kindness, and generosity.
You’re gonna find whatever you’re looking for.
From time to time each of us gets knocked to our knees.
And ‘the world’ will keep you there if you let it.
But it’s not about how hard you’re hit.
It’s how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
How much you can take and keep moving forward.
So- STOP pointing fingers.
STOP blaming [whatever it is] on ‘him’, or ‘her’…
or ‘the world’…
or God…
Victims do that, and that’s NOT you.
You’re better than that!
